I posted. I just got here a little late. LARP live action role playing game. I've don't think that I have played one but could you name some titles? CCG escapes me though. I know what TCG's are but not CCG. Could you enlighten me on that as well?

CCG: are Collectible Card Games lime Magic the gathering or warlords TCG? Treatable Card Game? same thing LARP: There are not many published LARP systems, but some are: White Wolf's - Minds eye Theater NERO - a boffer style game were you use padded or laytex weapons to have combats, yes you beat each other up. There are many lesser know LARPs. If you want to know more I am running a con in 7 day called DEXCON-9 It is a 5 day long Gaminging Con, you can google it. we have 61 LARP events and all there descriptions are available on the DEXCON-9 Site. to many abbreviations. i feel like im talking to my little cuz who plays WOW with me and he abbreviaties everything like the word the he would be t. and it makes everything so confusing.

The is a huge difference be tween Internet speak and abbreviations. terms like CCG, CMG, LARP, and such are industry standards. Terms like TTFN, np, brb. That is plain gibberish unless you live on the Internet

Not necessarily true. I only visit the Internet but to understand anyone you have to be able to understand the lettered phrases. There are still a few that I have to think about for a second before I get it .

Sure why not. I will not be able to give many words that are not common but it sounds like fun. And would be a great help to many of those who cannot learn all of the abbreviations on their own. I am in. What shall we put it in, the general board?

yes i will eventuallly get to that and put bunches of internet speak abbreviations on there. I live on the internet when im at my dads house. i sit on my PC for 2 and a half days straight.
